ABOUT GRACELAND SOUTH

Our home underwent a complete renovation in 2019. We touched every corner of the house. Walls were removed to open up and brighten the space. New slip-resistant porcelain tile was installed across the entire house. The kitchen was remodeled and includes an enormous island to entertain. Bathrooms were torn out and updated. The master bath has a large walk-in rain shower and free standing tub. All appliances are brand new.  The A/C, heat, and water heater were also replaced and stand ready to pump our cold air and hot water. The house was given a fresh coat of paint both inside and out.

2020 brought further renovations. The large pool was resurfaced. A new pool pump and  heather  was installed. Lastly, the roof was replaced.
